By using the client services advertised herein, or visiting, browsing, shopping, booking,
enrolling, accessing or otherwise using this web site (www.animaltalk.com.au) you agree
that you are bound to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to
change without prior notice at any time at Animal Talk's sole discretion. (The terms and
conditions where last updated on 7th January, 2007 at 9am. By visiting, accessing or
otherwise using this web site after a change has been posted to the site, the Client
accepts that change. Clients should check these terms and conditions each time they visit.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal contract between you and Animal Talk when
using the services or workshops that I hold there, or browses, shops, books, enrols,
accesses or otherwise uses this web site, or the services described herein (the
"Customer"); references to Animal Talk. By visiting, browsing, shopping,
booking, accessing or otherwise using the site or the services or courses we offer, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use this web site or
Animal Talk's offered Services.
For the benefit of all of our clients and students and to preserve the peaceful state of
our healing centre, the management and staff of Animal Talk reserve the right to ask
anyone to leave the premises where any workshop or course is conducted for any reason at
any time. We also reserve the right to stop anyone from entering the premises of these
workshops and courses or any services offered by Animal Talk at any time for any reason if
I feel that their presence disturbs the tranquility of our learning sanctuary.
LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Animal Talk be
liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including,
but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising
out of the use, or the inability to use the products or services advertised on this site.
Animal Talk is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client may incur whilst
attending or receiving a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we provide,
or as a result of actions taken or misactions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the
information imparted in a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we
provide. Students and clients must take full personal responsibility for their usage of
the information provided. Animal Talk gives no warranty on the choice of courses,
workshops or consultations you make. Full details are displayed on my web site as to what
the course will entail. If for any reason you are not happy with your course selection
this remains your responsibility. Readings, Healings, consultations, workshops and any
other services offered from this site are non-refundable and must be paid to Animal Talk
prior to the service provided.
PRIVACY
POLICY:
Animal Talk values information collected on this web site is used internally, solely for
the purpose of marketing and processing sales transactions. We do not give out or
otherwise sell any personal information received via this site to any third party, with
the exception of processing credit card information. All addresses collected are collected
for the purpose of being able to offer our products and give information about updates to
you only.
COURSES/WORKSHOPS/CONSULTATIONS
The course, workshop or consultation investment fee must be paid n full prior to the
service or event. If a student withdraws from the course before the course commences, the
deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the student can find a suitable
candidate to fill their place on the course as long as approved by Trisha Mc Cagh, or the
course or workshop is cancelled. Students and clients may pay by mastercard, Bankcard,
Visa, Direct Deposit, or Cash Payment for any of Animal Talk's services.

SHOPPING
Customer Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from
Animal Talk provided a valid reason, is stated and approved by Animal Talk you are welcome
to send it back to me for a full refund. (Please read our return policy).
ONLINE SHOPPING PAYMENTS:
All items for sale on this web site must be paid for before they will be delivered.
Customers have the option of direct deposit, or credit card payments. We do not accept
postal COD, money orders, or personal/ bank cheques.
ONLINE
SHOPPING DELIVERY:
Clients will receive their goods by Australia Post delivery. The cost of delivery (from
$4.95 to $10.95] will be applied to your order.We do not post products COD. Postage for
international orders will be notified prior to shipping.
RETURN
POLICY:
Animal Talk must be notified of misshipment within 7 days of receipt of any merchandise.
Animal Talk is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change
without further notice. Animal Talk must be notified within 7 days of receipt of
merchandise of shipping damage. Animal Talk must be notified within 7 days if customers
are not 100% satisfied with purchase. Do not discard your purchase receipt as all returns
must be accompanied by your receipt. Returns will be credited or refunded in the same
method of payment as they were purchased. You have 7 days to notify Animal Talk of any
problem with your order. After the 7 days notification an additional 7 days are provided
to return goods purchased. If after the additional 7 days the goods are not received then
a refund/credit will not be provided. Please note: Refunds are given for merchandise only.
Shipping & Handling Charges are non-refundable.
TO
RETURN GOODS:
Contact Animal Talk and pack appropriately, for postal return. If items are returned in a
damaged state, no refund will be given. Once goods have been received by Animal Talk a
refund will be provided by the same payment method that the order was paid for with.
Freight will be credited for Animal Talk errors only.

DISCLAIMER:
I agree to co-operate fully with the organizers and with any decisions made in the best
interests of all participants. I accept personal responsibility for any illness or injury
to myself and will in no way hold the facilitators, property owner or Trisha Mc Cagh
responsible for any illness or injury incurred that may occur for any reason whatsoever or
for any action I choose to carry out as a result of the lecture/workshops/consultations or
the administering of essences.
